Chelsea is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. Before becoming a counsellor, she spent more than seven years supporting youth, young adults, and families in community mental health settings, where she developed a strong understanding of the challenges individuals and families face while navigating emotional wellbeing, relationships, & life transitions.

Chelsea’s work with Children & Youth

Chelsea works alongside children, youth, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, school-related stress, family conflict, and major life transitions. Her background in community mental health has also given her extensive experience supporting neurodivergent youth, including those with ADHD, autism, OCD, FASD, and over developmental and/or behavioural differences.

Drawing from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour therapy, Emotion Focussed Family Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches, Chelsea tailors each session to the unique strengths, goals, and needs of the individual. She focuses on helping young people develop emotional awareness, strengthen relationships, build resilience, and gain practical tools that extend beyond the counselling room.

Chelsea understands that parenting can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and isolating at times. She works alongside parents and caregivers to better understand their child’s needs while also ensuring caregivers have a space where they feel heard, supported, and empowered.

Together, Chelsea helps families navigate behavioural concerns, emotional regulation challenges, family conflict, and major life transitions while strengthening communication, building confidence, and developing practical strategies that feel realistic and sustainable in everyday life. She has additional training in attachment-based parenting as a Certified Connect Parent Group Facilitator, and is passionate about supporting caregivers through the joys and challenges of raising children and adolescents.

Jane is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Care, and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Over the past six years, she has supported children, youth, caregivers, and families across both clinical and community settings, with a strong focus on neurodivergence, inclusion, advocacy, and early developmental support.

Jane’s approach is relational, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. She believes meaningful change begins with understanding what lies beneath behaviour and emotional distress, creating a safe and supportive space where children, youth, and caregivers feel understood, connected, and empowered.

Drawing on her experience in Supported Child Development & Community mental health, Jane works with children and youth who are navigating neurodivergence, emotional regulation, anxiety, trauma, and behavioural challenges. Her sessions are play-based, developmentally responsive, and tailored to each child’s unique strengths, helping them build emotional awareness, confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of identity.

Her goal is to help caregivers feel supported, capable, and connected as they build confidence in both themselves and their relationships with their children.

Carly is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC) with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, a BA in Child & Youth Care Counselling, and a Diploma in Disability Studies. Carly’s practice is grounded in supporting children, youth, parents, and caregivers in navigating neurodivergence, mental health challenges, and the complexities of daily life.

With both professional and personal caregiving experience, Carly understands the realities of navigating systems, advocating for loved ones, and managing the emotional weight of long-term support. Her approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and holistic, entering on connection and the well-being of the entire family.

Carly’s work with Children & Youth

With prior experiences as both an Education Assistance and an Autism Resource Specialist, Carly offers counselling for children and teens who are neurodivergent or experiencing emotional and/or behavioural challenges. Her sessions are creative and engaging, helping young people build skills in emotional regulation, self-esteem, identity, and social connection.

Carly’s work draws from Positive Behaviour Support, adapted/modified Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and the PEERS social skills model, to help youth feel confident, capable, and connected. Carly also provides risk assessments, safety planning, and recommendations to ensure youth and families feel safe and supported through challenging moments.
