Carly’s work with Children & Youth

With prior experiences as both an Education Assistance and an Autism Resource Specialist, Carly offers counselling for children and teens who are neurodivergent or experiencing emotional and/or behavioural challenges. Her sessions are creative and engaging, helping young people build skills in emotional regulation, self-esteem, identity, and social connection.

Carly’s work draws from Positive Behaviour Support, adapted/modified Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and the PEERS social skills model, to help youth feel confident, capable, and connected.
